Cheaper Medicines Bill: Is It Misunderstood?

Perhaps if I would shout in the streets, and say that health care should be provided by government for all citizens of the country, everyone would look at me and think that I am such an idealist. Worse, they may even think that I am crazy. This maybe because not everyone knew that the Philippine Constitution guaranteed health care for all the citizens of the country.
